From this page the demo version of the program can be downloaded.

Thank you for your interest in Swiss-Chess, the complete tournament administration program for chess tournaments.

The demo program offers the same possibilities as the full version. The only limitations are that the demo version is designed only for 80 players and 4 rounds.
